1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using WSCMate ("Site"), purchasing any digital content, including our World Scholar's Cup season guides, practice questions, and assessments ("Materials"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Description of Service and Relationship Disclosure

WSCMate is an independent educational platform dedicated to helping students prepare for the World Scholar's Cup (WSC) competition.

Please note that WSCMate is NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to the official World Scholar's Cup organization.

The Digital Content and membership access sold on this Site do not contain or resell official, copyrighted WSC materials. Instead, our services consist entirely of independently developed, original study aids designed to facilitate learning. These include, but are not limited to, original knowledge flashcards, practice questions, mock competition modules, and deep analytical breakdowns of relevant educational themes. All creative resources provided on this Site are aimed solely at helping students enhance their comprehension and academic readiness for the competition.

3. Intellectual Property

All Materials, including text, graphics, quiz structures, and unique compilations, are our exclusive intellectual property. Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and view the Materials for your personal study. You may not copy, distribute, share, resell, or publicly display any part of the Materials. Any unauthorized sharing will result in immediate termination of your account without refund.

4. User Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details. You may not share your account with others. We reserve the right to disable any account that we reasonably believe is being shared or compromised.

5. Purchases and Access

All prices are in U.S. Dollars. Access is granted instantly upon successful payment. The purchase is for a one-time fee granting access for the operational lifetime of the specific season's guide you purchased, as described on the sales page. We may update the Materials over time.

6. Refund Policy

All refund requests are governed by our separate Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Materials are provided for informational and educational purposes. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee specific outcomes in any competition. To the fullest extent permitted by law, WSCMate shall not be liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the Site.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our Site immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any breach of these Terms.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and your use of the Site shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China ("PRC"), without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, including its existence, validity, or termination, which cannot be resolved amicably, shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Nanjing, Jiangsu Province, PRC.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
